The cattle will sell under the standard terms and conditions as recommended by the American Hereford Association. The animal becomes the property of the purchaser as soon as sold. Any death or injury thereafter falls upon the buyer. All sales are cash unless arrangements are made between the buyer and seller prior to sale. Free Bull Delivery, Wintering & Sale Day Pickup Discount We will winter the bulls free of charge until late March. At that time we will have them semen tested and evaluated for breeding soundness. ALL bulls will be delivered before the first of April. We offer free delivery on bulls up to 1,000 miles. Bulls picked up within 5 days of the sale will qualify for a $250 discount per bull. We recommend having all bulls brought home by you to be semen tested prior to turnout. So much, in fact, that we are offering a full TWO YEARS breeding guarantee. If an animal fails to breed it must be reported to EF1 immediately. All issues must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. Salvage value will be that of you the customer.
