Dear Cattle Producers, Bullinger Angus Ranch welcomes you to the first annual “Online Only” production sale. After selling bulls private treaty for several years, we have decided to transition our marketing to an auction platform. The entire sale offering will be marketed on an “Online Only” auction event through DV Auction. Bidding will open the morning of February 19th, and bidding will close on the evening of February 21st @ 6pm MT. We are truly honored to introduce this inaugural offering and appreciate the confidence you place in our program as we open the doors to this new exiting chapter! The bulk of the bulls offered in this year’s sale are produced through the use of embryo transfer. There are many half and full brothers that are out of our donor cow that we purchased from Coleman Angus in the fall of 2023. We weaned the bull calves in mid-October and have been developed with one clear goal in mind: to produce sound, fertile, long- lasting working bulls. From weaning forward, our development program emphasizes steady, moderate growth rather than excess gain. Bulls are grown on a balanced ration designed to support skeletal development, muscle expression, and reproductive soundness—without pushing them to harm their longevity. HEALTH PROGRAM: The bulls have had a complete herd health program since birth. The bulls have been poured with Cleanup II. They have received Safeguard. All bulls will be vaccinated with Fusogard for foot rot and Pregguard 10 prior to delivery. SEMEN EVALUATION: All bulls will pass a breeding soundness exam performed by Dr. Chance Noyce, Circle C Veterinary, prior to delivery. DELIVERY: We will start delivering bulls April 1. We offer free delivery within 500 miles. SEMEN INTEREST: Bullinger Angus Ranch is retaining a 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling. BULLS GUARANTEE: All bulls sell with a 90-day breeding season guarantee. We will guarantee them for the purchase price minus a preset salvage value of $3,000, or provide a replacement bull, if a suitable bull is available and/or credit for the following year. Please notify us as soon as possible should an injury occur prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. VOLUME DISCOUNTS: We will discount purchases of multiple bulls starting at 3% on 3 bulls up to 5% on 5 bulls or more. CALVING EASE RECOMMENDATION: These recommendations are based on EPDs, birthweight, birth ratio, extended pedigree and experience with both sire and dam. This does not mean you will not have to help any calves, but hopefully most will come with little assistance. Each fellow value-driven producer needs to base their decisions on their own program and herd.
