2024/25: OUR HIGHLIGHTS AND LEARNINGS
1. Beans: We increased our total volume of cocoa beans sourced from 17,690 to 26,843 metric tons – a 52% increase since 2023/24!
Cooperatives: We sourced those beans from 19 partner cooperatives and onboarded 3 new partner cooperatives in Côte d’Ivoire for the 2025/26 season, bringing the total number of partner cooperatives in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana to 22. Farmers: 32,133 cocoa farmers delivered cocoa beans to Tony’s Open Chain this season, which is 58% more than the 20,296 that delivered in 2023/24.

Mission Allies: We onboarded 2 new Mission Allies, bringing our total to 22.

Evaluation: We expanded our partner cooperative evaluation practice, learning a lot about both our partners and ourselves in the process.

2025/26: WHAT’S NEXT?
1. A focus on strengthening our existing partnerships with cooperatives. Growing mindfully rather than quickly, ensuring we can maintain depth over breadth as a first priority.
The search for new Mission Allies continues – with a promising pipeline of engaged companies already exploring the model, who will be next to scale their impact via Tony’s Open Chain?
