As the Director of the cooperative, I am in charge of monitoring and controlling coordination, as well as overseeing all financial operations and the general management of the cooperative. I am also the head of the technical team. We act on behalf of the cooperative’s associative body, led by the board president and its members. Our mission is to make sure that at the end of the season, the members feel satisfied, that they’ve seen an improvement in their living conditions and have a better mastery of their farms. The biggest challenge is always how to ensure that the cooperative members, the farmers, can live decently from their work. That’s the greatest challenge for any cooperative director.
