Long-term: resilient cocoa farming future driving towards higher household incomes

Transform cocoa-farms through farm renovation & replanting • Working with the most motivated and supporting the most vulnerable farmers • Start with 30% of farmers: a 5-year farm development plan, quarterly coaching and direct farm investments • Subsidising the replanting of cocoa trees for vulnerable farmers (including women, disabled and elderly farmers) Invest in the infrastructure needed for farmers to succeed • Training for partner cooperatives’ Sustainability Leads (responsible for managing coaches) • Training for farmer coaches • Upskilled labour brigades set up to provide services to farmers (at each partner cooperative) • Direct farm investments • Additional infrastructure including motorcycles, coach starter-kits
