The updated 2026 guidelines for the Thrive for Life Wellness Reimbursement Program are now available. With the program restarting for the new year, employees are encouraged to review the refreshed guidelines on SharePoint to better understand eligible expenses, reimbursement details, and important timelines. As a reminder, Thrive for Life is available to full-time employees who are benefits-eligible as of January 1 , 2026. In recognition of Wear Red Day this February, we’re highlighting the importance of staying on top of your heart health. Scheduling your annual wellness exam is a simple but impactful step in supporting preventive care and identifying potential health risks early. As a reminder, all employees are eligible to earn $125 through Optum Engage for completing their annual physical.
