The Safety lens with Blue Block Ƽlter is designed to protect the eyes well-being from blue radiation emitted by notebooks, LED monitors, tablets and smartphones and by artiƼcial LED lighting.

Did you know that
The blue light visible to human eye is produced by high frequencies (from 380nm to 450 nm). The Blue Block lens protects from a maximum of 50% of these frequencies (up to 420nm), if it blocked them totally it would not allow the vision of the blue colour: being blue a primary colour, this would mean the colour perception would be altered.

The lenses with Blue Block treatment can screen the eyes from blue and UV rays, improving contrast and visual comfort, as well as reducing glare and reƽections on the lens. This treatment is also available on prescription glasses.
