Harwich Port’s three harbors—Allen, Wychmere, and Saquatucket—were carved from marshes to access Nantucket Sound. Once a horse-cart racetrack, scenic Wychmere now serves boats alongside the other harbors. Saquatucket Harbor features a renovated marina, a dockside café, and is home to the seasonal Freedom Ferry to Nantucket.
