Terms of Sale: Payment is due the day of the sale. Animals sell under the suggested terms and conditions of the AGA and RAAA. Delivery of Bulls: Free delivery up to 350 miles or to central loca- tions, or we will make every effort to accommo- date the buyer. We will deduct $50 if you take your bull home sale day. Transfers: All registered cattle will be transferred into the buyer’s name. Bulls and heifers listed as commer- cial have no papers.

Liability: Neither the owners nor anyone connected with the sale assumes responsibility for damages of any kind, legal or otherwise. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. First Breeding Season Guarantee: All bulls with an injury occurring by September 1 or within 90 days of turnout must be returned to the Overmiller’s to receive any credit. All bulls must be returned with an affidavit from a vet stating the issue is incurable. All claims must be turned in by September 1, or no guarantee will be honored. From Riverton, NE go 11 miles south on 41 1/2 Road, to church corner 50 Road, turn west, go 1 mile west and then 1/8 mile back north on O Road EPD’s are current with both associations as of Jan. 1, 2026. Scrotal measurements will be available on sale day. All Bulls have Genomically enhanced EPD’s and are DNA sire verified. Pictures were taken on Dec. 23 by Allison Man- chester, and videos were done by DVAuction, Lori Brown to drive up to red barns. Other Information: We are retaining a 1/4 semen interest in all bulls.
