TIPS TO AVOID FLATTENING OUT SHARP CORNERS ON BIG OR MEDIUM-SIZED SUBLIMER 2-TONE

1. For sharp or pointed Sublimer products (such as triangles), use low pressure — even for medium or large sizes. 2. Secure all sides properly with heat tape, so that the paper doesn’t move, to get steps 4-5 right in the steps below. 3. Place the sublimer at the front of your press where there is less pressure. The side closest to you. Press for 200 degrees and 70 seconds. DO NOT REMOVE THE PRINT AFTER PRESSING.

4. After pressing, turn the Sublimer around to check the transfer. Because low pressure was used, you may notice blank, untransferred areas. This happens because the front edge of the press has the lowest pressure. The next step will correct this — work quickly.
