District Attorney o

Qualifications: Be a registered voter of the county in which the duties of the office are to be exercised at the time nomination papers are issued per Government Code §24001. Have been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the State according to Government Code §24002.
• Sheriff / Coroner / Public Administrator o
Qualifications: Be a registered voter of the county or district in which the duties of the office are to be exercised at the time nomination papers are issued per Government Code §24001. Meet at least one of the following criteria in accordance with per Government Code §24004.3: • Possess an active or inactive advanced certificate issued by the Commission on Peace Officer Standard and Training. • Have one year of full-time, salaried law enforcement experience within the provisions of Section 830.1 or 830.2 of the Penal Code; at least a portion of which shall have been accomplished within five years prior to the date of filing and possess a master's degree from an accredited college or university. • Have two years of full-time, salaried law enforcement experience within the provisions of section 830.1 or 830.2 of the Penal Code; at least a portion of which shall have been accomplished within five years prior to the date of filing and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • Have three years of full-time, salaried law enforcement experience within the provisions of section 830.1 or 830.2 of the Penal Code; at least a portion of which shall have been accomplished within five years prior to the date of filing and possess an associate in arts or associate in science degree, or its equivalent, from an accredited college. • Have four years of full-time, salaried law enforcement experience within the provisions of Section 830.1 or 830.2 of the Penal Code; at least a portion of which shall have been accomplished within five years prior to the date of filing and possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Board of Supervisors: o

Qualifications: Be a registered voter of the district which she/he seeks to represent for at least 30 days immediately preceding the deadline for filing nomination documents. Reside in the district during their incumbency in accordance with Government Code §25041.
Judge of the Superior Court: o

Qualifications: A person must be a registered voter in the county where they reside. A person is ineligible to be a judge of a court of record unless for 10 years immediately preceding selection, the person has been a member of
