DELIVERY: All bulls will return to the ranch and be delivered by April 1, 2026, following fertility check in mid-March. This allows us to fertility check in the spring and closer to turnout time. It allows us to get past more of winter before delivery. Fertility work and delivery can be done sooner if need be, with no inconvenience. Delivery is free nationwide. SEMEN EVALUATION: All bulls are guaranteed breeders. Fertility checks are scheduled after the middle of March by Dr. Troy Worth from Imperial Veterinary Services of Imperial, NE, (308) 882-4838. All bulls will be given a test for physical soundness, including extending the bulls, physical quality, along with scrotal measurements. In the event a yearling bull does not pass the fertility exam following the sale date, the buyer has the option to select a replacement bull or have the purchase price fully refunded. INSPECTION: We invite inspection at the ranch any time, and again this year, we are offering an “On Ranch Inspection Discount” of 1% to anyone who sees the bulls on the ranch and then purchases in the sale. This discount is in addition to any volume or repeat buyer discounts. This inspection would be helpful in the event of bad weather, as the sale will be broadcast live and by DVAuction and Superior Livestock Auctions. The bulls are fed a Total Mixed Ration with access to 160 acres of native range. The plan is for the bulls to develop to their full genetic potential while traveling and maintaining good skeletal structure, which prioritizes their future fertility, soundness and longevity. HEALTH: Interstate health papers will be furnished with every animal selling. A rigid herd-health program is followed. All bulls ear-notched and tested negative for PI-BVD, and vaccinated against footrot at time of fertility check. Imperial Vet Services, Imperial, NE, (308) 882-4838. RETAINED INTEREST: Haynes Cattle Co. is retaining a one-third (1/3) revenue-sharing interest in every bull selling in this sale. Full possession and full salvage value sells on all the bulls. Should we want to collect a bull at a later date, it will be done at the buyer’s convenience. Any changes announced sale day will take precedence over this printed statement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Terms are cash. The cattle sell under the Terms and Conditions as adopted by the American Angus Association. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. In the unlikely event that any of the bulls shall be proven to be defective, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to their purchase price.
