Establish a protocol for staff to follow: TGRA staff should not engage in arguments with casino staff • If a disagreement cannot be resolved amicably – staff should: – Disengage – Return to Office – Prepare incident report – Submit incident report to supervisor – Supervisor then takes the matter up the chain of command

Anticipate and prepare There are few types of conflicts that cannot be anticipated Have your factual and legal support prepared If informal methods for resolving conflicts are unavailing, fall back to formal methods – keep it professional.
