ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS – TGRA ACTIVITIES
• TGRA personnel should not game at the casinos they regulate. • The Agency may consider an outright prohibition against such activities. • Recusal Policy with regard to Licensing, Enforcement Actions, and Contracting • Avoid nepotism, establish limits on contracting authority, establish approval process • TGRA or Tribal Government should establish policy governing Comps. • Outside Employment Policy.
