COULD BE USED ON HEIFERS This bull was a twin, and both calves were taken care of by their dam until weaning. He was gaining over 4#/day and filling out his larger frame. We like his length and good hip that presents a nice profile. I wonder how many calving ease candidates can boast a MEPD of +40 that ranks top 1% of the breed. Add the WEPD and YEPD rank of 10% and 15% respectively which should impress most. His $W value is +109 which also is top 1%. The genomics rank him top 1% for weaning, and top 9% for yearling. His dam should not go unmentioned as her performance record was a very good 107 weaning ratio and a 112 yearling ratio. She is most typical of all our High Caliber daughters in that she is big ribbed, massive in her structure, and milks heavy.

If you know me, you then know how much I love Hot Lady 5757. “Goose” does everything his momma does starting with that wild ear set, high tying neck, and bad to the bone look. But, if you care to know more, he also packs the same punch as his big, bold bodied power cow dam. Cattle like “Goose” are simply fun to have around just the same as Hot Lady 5757.

A borderline heifer bull would be an easy call to make on this ET son of the Endeavor sire. “Strive” has a solid set of growth trait numbers. His WEPD ranks top 10% and his YEPD ranks top 15%. Genomically, he ranks top 1% for weaning and 5% rank for yearling. The Endeavor sire ranks top 10% for birth, 10% for weaning, and 4% for yearling. The donor 9502 is impressive both on paper and in the real world. This lot catches our eye with his looseness of frame and overall thickness. Gaining over that 4# a day, he will be easy find.
