TERMS & CONDITIONS All cattle sell under the standard Terms and Conditions for each respective breed association. SEMEN INTEREST & POSSESSION The seller is retaining 50% semen interest on all bulls in the sale. Buyer is getting full possession and 50% semen interest. The semen interest is only being retained in case a bull is identified as a superior individual and the breeder wants to go back and collect semen for our use or other breeder use. In the case we choose to collect semen we will work with the new owner and schedule the collection around your schedule. We rarely exercise this option, but with progression of DNA technology we may want to utilize genetics you are buying. PHONE BIDS If you are unable to attend the sale, please contact any of the sale representatives, auctioneer or owners. They will handle your bids confindentially and as if you were in attendance. You may bid online at DVAuction.com. ANNOUNCEMENTS All announcements made from the auction block sale day take precedence over any printed material in this catalog. INSURANCE Livestock Mortality Insurance will be available sale day with Coffman Liggett, (540) 383 - 7134. VIEWING The bulls can be viewed any time – please call, (785) 821-1022. TRUCKING Direct concerns to the seller of the bulls for assistance in trucking cattle have proper papers for interstate shipping. DVAUCTION 1. Create an account at www.dvauction. com under the "create new account" tab. 2. Apply for bidding by clicking "apply for bidding" in the upper left corner of your screen, at least 24 hours prior to the auction. 3. Tune into the sale and make your purchase! GUARANTEE All bulls selling for $4000 or more are guaranteed for the first breeding season. A breeding season is defined as a 90-day period following the first turn out date of the bull. This is not an insurance policy. If a bull develops a problem, proper treatment or vet care is advised. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided. If the buyer prefers no replacement bull, we will provide credit towards another bull in the following year, less the salvage value of the injured bull. Please notify us as soon as possible should a death or injury occur. SIGHT- UNSEEN GUARANTEE If you are unable to attend the sale, we are offering a sight – unseen- program. We also will be broadcasting the sale on DV Auction to allow you to see a video of the bulls selling. We have also arranged a different set of eyes to talk to you about the bulls.
