And you don’t have to be any good with a putter to have fun. In fact, the mis-hits might be the best part! Chicken Parm

Ingredients Chicken •

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside. 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. 3. Dredge in beaten egg, then coat evenly in breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan. 4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. 5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Spoon marinara over each piece and top with mozzarella. 6. Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. 7. Garnish with basil and serve over pasta (if desired).

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and black pepper, to taste

3/4 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Sauce & Topping •

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
