Eight thematic tracks translated continental strategy into sector-specific action: AI and data governance, investment readiness, health innovation, gender inclusion, green and blue economy, hub sustainability, makerspaces, and the creative digital economy. Across sessions, conversations moved beyond theory to commitments - investors explored pipeline deals, hubs shared replicable governance models, and policymakers aligned on regulatory cooperation.

The Gathering closed with two landmark moments. The Hub Awards recognised excellence across Africa’s five regions, honouring innovation hubs for outstanding achievements in policy advocacy, ecosystem collaboration, and investment facilitation, while the AfriLabs Gala celebrated the network’s shared journey
and the richness of African culture - a reminder that ecosystem building is also about community, identity, and belonging. Together, the Awards and Gala ensured that the 10th Gathering was not only a milestone for Africa’s innovation economy, but a moment of recognition for the people who make it possible.
