Shabbat Club and Gabbi Program. 12.Expanded involvement of administrators and other community leaders in school programs. 13.Online Levine community newsletter. 14.Comprehensive human growth and development/sexuality education program (both secular and religious) from 4 th to 8 th grade with parent education and involvement. Challenges Ahead 1. Inclusivity is a strength but produces many practical challenges for the school in terms of levels of religious tradition and observance both within and outside of the school campus. 2. How to accommodate the diversity of observance and outside events attended by students and parents such as birthday parties, Bar / Bat Mitzvah parties, grade level coffees, and school events held in individual homes. 3. Need for earlier involvement and greater integration of Early Childhood parents in the wider school community. 4. Improving coherence regarding communication and inclusion between EC, LS and MS. 5. Integrating the EC programs more deeply into the LS and MS community. 6. More extensive development and integration of Alumni into the entire school community. 7. Need a sense of clarity as to the direction that the inclusivity project will go in terms of the religious services the school offers. 8. Need greater awareness among faculty regarding ethnic and cultural diversity. 9. Implementing the Levine Strategic Plan in all respects across the school community. 10.More coordination and integration between General Studies and Jewish Studies. 15. Life After Levine transition to High School program. 16. Inclusivity Project launched in December 2020.
