Self Study Report

Strategic Action Steps • Seek more of a cross-over in both General and Judaic Studies, to showcase all that the students are doing, when it comes to the larger assembly experiences, like the school’s monthly “Kehilla Kedosha” Shabbat services, and other all - school gatherings. • Re-orient and re-focus a good portion of our prayer services throughout the grades, in such a way as to elevate mindfulness and seize on creative spiritual expression. • Through more parent education, delivering ideas for generating spirituality in the home, and sharing school-based Judaic learning with parents as much as possible - these strategies will help raise the culture of spirituality and connectedness in our community. • Maintain and grow the school’s brand new Judaic elective program, in order to pull in educators from throughout the community. • Continue the school’ s current professional development efforts in the area of promoting Inclusivity - expand the agencies who are supporting the school in this endeavor, such as partnering with the professional educators at the Holocaust Museum, the ADL, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.
