Jennifer Belk White Leads WFF’s Change Maker Session

On September 27, CHART’s own Dr. Jennifer Belk White, Ed.D. facilitated a dynamic virtual session for the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) Change Makers titled Facilitate Like a Boss: Leveling Up Your Meeting Facilitation Skills . The session, attended by more than 20 emerging women leaders, focused on developing essential skills such as concise decision-making, leadership demonstration, time management, and fostering inclusive discussions. WFF reported that the interaction was so strong throughout the session that they went off-script and opted to lengthen the discussion about facilitation best practices. With Jen as a role model, participants learned how to leverage new facilitation techniques in real time!
