at least you retain some jobs.”
Unionized workers have been asked to
accept a pay freeze and fringe benefits
concessions, measures the company says is
essential to the future of the mill, one of the
largest private sector employers in the area.
He made the comments last week in
anticipation of the new Ontario budget.
