36.00 (The college has the following organs: a three-manual Schamtz, a two­ manual Wicks, two concert model Hammonds, and a church model Bald­ win. Organ students may choose their practice organ, with the organ faculty specifying maximum hours which students may use the Schantz. ) Instrumental Rental , per semester Band and orchestral instruments $ 5.00 ( Fee waived for members of Department of Music Ensembles ) Tuition, fees, and room and board for the school year are pay­ able on or before the day of registration. It is possible to receive credit for cash payment if a sum sufficient to cover the estimated semester's expenses is paid at both the Fall and Spring registration. Deferred payments are available for those who wish them on the following basis: A down payment of $350.00 (in addition to advance deposit) for all students living on-campus and $200.00 for off-campus stu­ dents with the balance payable in eight payments due the tenth of each month beginning October 10 and concluding May 10. A service fee of 1/:1 of 1 % of each month's unpaid balance is charged to all deferred payment accounts. Cash accounts are free of all service fees. A student is not registered and cannot attend classes until satisfactory financial arrangements have been made with the Stu­ dent Finance Office. REFUNDS Since faculty engagements and other commitments are made by the college for the entire year in advance, the following refund schedule has been established in order that the college and the student may share the loss equitably when it is necessary for a student to withdraw:
