12 YEAR OLD Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, our iconic 12 Year Old single malt whisky is spicy and well- rounded, packed with the flavours of sun-kissed Seville oranges and rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; you’ll find molten heather honey in this whisky’s waves of heathery peat smoke. Why not try it with a handful of wasabi peas on the side or alongside a sizzling, pan- fried rib-eye steak or with smoked salmon and sour cream.
v 15 YEAR OLD To create our 15 Year Old, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, selected predominantly sherry seasoned European oak casks to deliver warm, spicy notes, and sherry seasoned American oak casks to provide a balance of sweet vanilla. Expertly adding just a few refill casks to soften and smooth the flavours, Gordon chose to bottle at 44% ABV to allow the whisky’s vibrant fruitiness and distinctive heathery peat to shine through.

Established in 1985, Decoy is recognized for producing attractively priced wines from exceptional vineyard sources, including Decoy’s own Ridgeline and Brownell estate vineyards in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County. Decoy’s winemaking program is guided by acclaimed Winemaker Dana Epperson, who is an expert at working with multiple grape varieties across multiple regions. The Decoy lineup includes a Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as a Rosé and Brut Cuvée. With great finesse, the nose opens up with a subtle aromatic bouquet with notes of white spring flowers such as acacia and lily of the valley. Delicate and elegant, the palate reveals great freshness which continues with a beautiful length. BLANC Attractive intense yellow colour with shiny reflections. This wine opens up with a complex nose and a beautiful aromatic range combining notes of ripe fruit such as plums and candied orange sublimated by a touch of ginger. Well-balanced and dense, the mouth opens with a frank attack and a nice acidic tension before revealing all its fullness and its greedy aromas of candied fruit. The long finish is elegant thanks to a delicate bitterness. ROUGE Seductive intense and deep ruby-red colour with purple undertones. This wine reveals a powerful nose with an aromatic variety harmoniously blending notes of very ripe black fruit with subtle notes of spices, enhanced with a hint of Sichuan pepper. Elegant and remarkably balanced, the palate offers fine tannins and superb aromas of small red fruit underlined by delicate peppery notes. Typical notes of Syrah that linger on a very long finish.

To create the Stella Rosa wines, our family chose The region of Asti, a province in Piedmont, Italy,
as the source for its aromatic grapes, which have become the hallmark for the Stella Rosa style of wines. The area of Asti has particular significance to our family, as it is the birthplace of our family matriarch, Maddalena Riboli. Our first Stella Rosa wine was Moscato D’Asti, which has become a flagship of this line. Soon after, Stella Rosa Rosso was created – the brand’s first semi-sweet, semi-sparkling red wine blend, and first wine of its kind to be brought to America from Asti. The rapid phenomenal successes of these two wines began the lineage of Stella Rosa, which now boasts over 20 distinctive flavors.

The story of San Antonio Specialty started in 1917 when the Riboli family founded San Antonio Winery in Los Angeles California.
