Vinyl – Subli White AVSB-01
• Cut the sticker vinyl into an A4 size, cut as straight as possible (I use a normal A4 copy paper to help me cut straight and to cut the correct size out of the vinyl). • Print your artwork with Registration marks in a mirror image on your sublimation printer and sublimation paper • Set your press to 180 degrees and 60 seconds . • Place the A4 sticker sheet on the base of your press with the white printable side facing up. It is difficult to see which side is the printable side, so you will need to split and lift one of the corners on the vinyl to see which side is the white side and which side is the Clear backing side. • Place your print face down on the white sticker side. Line up the print exactly with the A4 Sticker sheet. • Use 2 pieces of heat tape and stick the heat tape from the print to your Teflon sheet. The heat tape should not touch your sticker sheet at all. • Press it on medium pressure. • When the time is up, remove the print, and take the sticker sheet out. It might warp a little bit, but you can place something heavy on top (for example a ream of copy paper) to press it down. • Please keep in mind that you will place the sticker sheet onto your cameo mat and that will hold it flat as well. Do not worry too much about the wrinkling/warping of the sheet. You can also stick the sticker sheet down with tape to your mat to make sure it doesn ’ t lift up. • Set your Silhouette vinyl cutter Blade on 1, 2, or 3 (depending on how new your blade is, the force on about 20, and the speed on about 4, • ALWAYS do a test cut to see what settings work best, it all depends on how sharp your blade is.
