Instrumental Rental, per semester Band and orchestral instrume nts . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5.00 (Fee waived for members of Department of Music Ensembles) REFUNDS In case of withdrawal tuition and applied music fees will be refunded as follows: 90% will be refunded for withdrawal before September 18 in the fall semester or February 12 in th e spring. 80% will be refunded for withdrawal before September 25 in the fall semester or February 19 in th e spring. 60% will be refunded for withdrawal before October 2 in the fall semester or February 26 in the spring. 40% will be refunded fo r withdrawal before October 9 in the fall or March 5 in the spring. 20% will be re funded for withdrawal befo re October 16 in the fall or March 12 in the spri ng. No refunds will be granted after October 16 in the fall semester or March 12 in the spring. All other general fees are not re fundabl e after registration has been completed . Prepaid charges for board, in the eve nt of withdrawal, will be refunded on the basis of the actual portion of such unused amounts. All refunds must be claimed by application to the Business Office, the date of which determines the re fund period. STUDENT EMPLOYMENT The College maintains an Emp loyment Office for the benefit of students needing part-time work to d e fray expense s. While this Office does not guar­ antee employment, an effort is mad e to place eve ry needy student. The student who finds it necessary to work for the e ntire amount of his li ving expenses should plan on ex tending the time required for his course of study.
