Description: Our selection of handmade chocolates can be found in different types: truffles, ganaches, pralines, marzipan, rochers and dragees. Types: Pralines Marzipan Rocher Dragees Key terms: • Truffles: made with a chocolate ganache centre coated in chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut, or chopped and toasted nuts (typically hazelnuts or almonds), usually in a spherical, conical, or curved shape. • Marzipan: A confection consisting primarily of sugar and almond powder. There are also different percentages of sugar and almond. • Praline: A confection made with nuts (almond, pecan, pistachio, hazelnut, etc.) combined with caramelized sugar, then grind to a smooth paste. Can either be smooth or crunchy. It’s a sweet and nutty treat can be enjoy in chocolate bonbon, spread, truffles or pastries. • Rocher: Our version of a nut cluster. Finely chopped or sliced nuts are laced throughout our premium chocolate. • Dragees: also known as a confetto is a bite-sized form of confectionery with a hard outer shell.
