Emplacement du projet : Le projet est situé à l’est de la route de comté 19 et au sud de la route de comté 2 (lot 19-20, concession 8), dans le Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet, situé dans les Comtés-Unis de Prescott et Russell. Le point de raccordement (c.-à-d. le point où Hydro One se connecte au projet) est adjacent à l’emplacement du projet, au sein de l’emprise réservée, du côté est de la route de comté 19. Daté : Au Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet, Comtés-Unis de Prescott et Russell, ce 28 e jour de d’aoút 2019. Pendleton Energy Centre GP Inc., en sa qualité partenaire général pour et au nom de Pendleton Energy Centre Limited Partnership, a obtenu une autorisation de projet d’énergie renouvelable le 3 avril 2018 pour le centre d’énergie solaire de Pendleton. Les informations relatives à la décision concernant ce projet peuvent être consultées sur le registre environnemental (numéro de registre 013-1685). Pendleton Energy Centre GP Inc. de modifier le projet, et le projet lui-même est assujetti aux dispositions de la Loi sur la protection de l’environnement (la Loi), partie V.0.1, et au Règlement de l’Ontario 359/09 (le Règlement). Cet avis doit être diffusé conformément à la partie 32.2 du Règlement. L’avis est actuellement diffusé pour informer le public de la de modification au projet. Description du projet et modification proposée :

Conformément à la Loi et au Règlement, le projet pour lequel a été émise l’autorisation de projet d’énergie renouvelable est une installation solaire de classe 3 de 12 mégawatts (MW) qui sera utilisée pour convertir l’énergie solaire en électricité. Une demande a été déposée auprès du ministère de l’Environnement, de la Protection de la nature et des Parcs pour modifier le projet et les modalités de l’autorisation existante de projet d’énergie renouvelable. La modification concerne les conditions de l’autorisation existante de projet d’énergie renouvelable étant donné que le transformateur principal à la sous-station n'a pas été construit. La puissance nominale maximale totale de 12 MW reste la même pour l’installation, tout comme l’emplacement général du projet. L’emplacement du projet est indiqué sur la carte. Documents mis à disposition : Pendleton Energy Centre GP Inc. a soumis un document de modification au ministère de l’Environnement, de la Protection de la nature. NOTICE OF A PROPOSED CHANGE TO AN APPROVED RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT

Project Name: Pendleton Solar Energy Centre (the Project) Renewable Energy Approval Number: 3116-AWEQUG IESO Reference Number: L-006355-SPV-001-012

Project Location: The Project is located east of County Road 19 and south of County Road 2 (Lot 19-20, Concession 8) in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, United Counties of Prescott and Russell. The point of Common Coupling (point where Hydro One has connected the Project) is located adjacent to the Project within the road allowance on the east side of County Road 19. Dated at : The Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, on this 28th day of August 2019 Pendleton Energy Centre GP Inc., as a general partner for and on behalf of Pendleton Energy Centre Limited Partnership was issued a Renewable Energy Approval on April 3, 2018 in respect of Pendleton Solar Energy Centre. Information with respect to the decision on this project can be viewed on the Environmental Registry by searching Registry number 013-1685. Pendleton Energy Centre GP Inc. is proposing to make a change to the project and the project itself is subject to the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) Part V.0.1 and Ontario Regulation 359/09 (Regulation). This notice must be distributed in accordance with section 32.2 of the Regulation. This notice is being distributed to make the public aware of a change to the project. Project Description and Proposed Change:

Pursuant to the Act and Regulation, the Project in respect of which the Renewable Energy Approval was issued, is a 12-megawatt (MW) Class 3 Solar Facility used to convert solar energy to electricity. An application has been made to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) to change the project and alter the terms and conditions of the existing Renewable Energy Approval. The change is to the conditions of the existing Renewable Energy Approval as a result of the main power transformer at the substation not being constructed for the Project. There is no change to the total maximum name plate capacity of 12 MW to the facility and the overall project location remains unchanged. The project location is shown on the map.
