The Property and Asset Strategy team lead the strategic development of an integrated property and asset management approach for the estate, managing the lifecycle of the buildings, day-to-day corporate property management and providing advice to the Project Delivery and Maintenance groups. In support of the Director of Property and Asset Strategy the role is responsible for the definition of a holistic property strategy for the parliamentary estate which delivers efficient, flexible and cost-effective solutions to functional and business requirements through a consolidated supply and demand approach, including planning and management of a multi-£m leased property portfolio, as well as supporting the definition of requirements as part of Strategic Estates’ role in being an intelligent client for the R&R programme.
