Requirements: Must have completed a three year college degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field; Have five years experience in municipal work or other related field; Ability to communicate in French and English (verbally and in writing); Experience and knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act and any related standards, construction standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act ; Excellent organizational and employee time management skills in order to establish priorities and meet deadlines; Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
