The Women’s Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. A Kickin’ Day of Connection Teams from across the region came together for a fun, informal day of competition, conversation, and connection at our fourth Annual Kickball Tournament last week! While there were plenty of great plays on the field, the real win was the opportunity for members to strengthen existing partnerships and spark new ones. A huge congratulations to our defending champions, Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc., as well as our Best Dressed Team, Smart-HR.
