Condo 22 is nearly done with the interior reconstruction and Condo 23 is just behind it. Condo 5 reconstruction should be completed by mid-July. Condo 42 reroofing has been underway for a few weeks now and should be near completion. Condo 45 is next on the list, followed by 44. Phase 1 of the sidewalks has been completed and we are working towards Phase 2. July will bring more rain, please be careful out there and report any leaks you may find to the Maintenance Department. We continue to strive towards a reconstructed Seven Lakes.
Proposals are coming in for the carport reconstruction at Condo 40 as well as the pool fence at Pool 5. Engineering is moving forward with Condos 3 and 25, and insurance has sent approval for Condo 24 roof, fascia, and abatement process. Please refer to the hurricane update for ongoing projects in Seven Lakes as we are focusing our attention in those areas. Marcy and I wish you safe travels, an enjoyable summer, and a safe return in the Fall! As always thank you for the opportunity to serve.
MAINTENANCE UPDATE The Maintenance Department is still working on storm related issues with every building. Service Works completed the roof on Condo 5 and are currently working on Condo 4. They have just signed the contract to start the roof on Condo 24. Ark Construction has started roof work on Condo 42 and will be installing the shingles in early to mid July, weather permitting. We also have started the interior renovations at Condos 22, 23, and 5. Most of the damaged sidewalks have been repaired throughout Seven Lakes. I look forward to updating you again next month!
