Brad Rohrbaugh, Chad Stine, and Justin Willits of Bennett Wil- liams Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. 55,039 s/f retail space at Loyal Plaza, 1875 E. Third St., Loyalsock Twp., Lycom- ing County. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. leased the space from Loyal Holdings DE, LLC.
