Seven DECA board members from John P. Stevens High School, along with their advisor Ms. Friedman, attended the New Jersey DECA Chapter Officer Leadership Training Conference at Kean University. DECA is an international student organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. During the conference, students met with DECA leaders from across the state, participated in networking sessions, and engaged in activities designed to support their planning for the year ahead. This experience supports students in strengthening their leadership and career-readiness skills.
