The district has launched a new innovative series featuring strong women leaders who share leadership principles, balance, and authenticity. Created by women, for women, EmpowHER , the vision of Dr. Joan Valentine , Director of Innovation, is inspiring students, leaders, and aspiring leaders throughout the district. Our first two speakers were Captain Smith of the United States Navy and author Monica Chenault-Kilgore. Both shared powerful stories and insights. We look forward to continuing the monthly series to listen, learn, and lead together.
