organization that understands what people need in organization that does a lot of great work and interesting work that that works in Workforce Development. But that's never what the conversations LED with. They're always leading with With strive understands people strive is passionate about people, and I think that's a testament to their leadership. I think they hired the right executive director who's really driving that vision and strategy, building a really strong committed team. But again, I think that that goes just back to a focus of people. And so everything aside, I think that that is the largest accomplishment that you have built a team that really gets it and I'm proud to work with them every day.

many complex ways that they need to be supported and then there's this like really crazy hairy ugly problem which is there's never enough money to fund this work and sometimes the funding that is used to support these wraparound Services isn't as flexible as we as we'd like. And so I think that that's a gap that we can all, collectively, sit down together and try to figure. Figure out, how do we start to solve for that? And I think a strive is doing

programming and implementing an operating, really good programs or it's on the advocacy and policy space. I really think that strive has a opportunity to, really be the voice for a population or subgroups of populations that have long been left out of the conversation.

we serve. Because the data only tells one side of the story, but hearing from a person is very valuable as well. And I think we could do, collectively do a better job of telling that story.
