We provide a variety of wrap around services to assist with reducing and/or eliminating barriers that prevent our participants from being successful. The mental health services are one of the services I feel is definitely needed; so many of our participants have or are presently dealing with trauma.

at my city in particular, I always tell people that unfortunately I live in the city, New Orleans is great, people love it, people love the food people of the culture. But what a lot of people don't understand is that I We have a city of Haves and Have Nots and so strives mission is to kind of make sure that we can assist individuals who have not had access to opportunities. To make sure that they can take care of themselves and take care of their families. And also to give them the push that you are worthy. You are worthy of having access to those opportunities. And what that means is that we teach you how to really work, hard to obtain those opportunities and At the same time, guess what? That you can build generational wealth at the same time. What about threats that? I see, I think the threats that we see many times our funding, I think the threats ever received is that we serve a population that has been involved. Lots of trauma. That's another major thing. And even though we're helping with the mental health component, I think that we have to go a little further because many times because people at the excess and Out of state. They don't access it to

resources to be a sounding force with individuals that will working with. I think sometimes that we need to know how to make a difference. Is that we have to look at At what are we doing? Presently and how can we really grow on what's not working and what is reviewed to ensure that we are providing quality services and that we have Fidelity Fidelity to the model. What am I most passionate about was dried is that if you work the program, the program really works for you as an individual, but it doesn't tell hard work. It doesn't tell determination, I'm passionate about, At the work because we provide so many services, so many wraparound services and we provide a lifetime of services. I think we need to really make sure that we focus on our alumni and figure out how we're going to make sure we continue to provide services to our alumni so that we really are putting that foot well, mouth where our mouth is because we saying that we provide lifetime lifetime Services. How we doing that? How are we making sure that we integrate the alumni into our programs? working? We have a lot of components that need to be

we doing to really go back and check on and make sure that a year from now a year and a half from now that Angela has really looked at what it want to go where she wants to go. And do we can we help her? Can we help her financially? Can we help? Go with all the resources that she needs to make sure that she can reach that second goal or that third goal. I think we don't do a good job of that. How do we translate our vision into tangible outcomes? I vision is to make sure that we can reach as the number of people that we can a large number. But large number and quality sometimes quantities. That what we need, I think it's quality and quality means that really looking at the capacity of our staff. The career coach the Employment Specialist We could teach a graduate individuals, but we only have one person in those positions and Employment Specialist as a career. Coach, as a career skills instructor, we ask a lot of our staff and many times it gets to the point where they become burned out. Why? Because they don't have the capacity, we don't have the capacity, we keep graduating graduating and graduating, but at the same time, we did not have any, we don't have
