Post-pandemic workforce shifts, the rise of skills- based hiring, and increased employer interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives align perfectly with STRIVE’s mission. As automation and industry changes create demand for new skills, STRIVE’s training programs are well- positioned to help underserved communities adapt and access sustainable careers. The push for second chance hiring and investment in local workforce pipelines makes STRIVE’s work more relevant than ever.

STRIVE excels at providing comprehensive, people-centered workforce development services that meet individuals where they are. Our strength lies in not just job placement, but in equipping participants with the soft skills, certifications, and support systems they need to succeed long-term. STRIVE fosters real transformation by offering high-touch coaching,
STRIVE should aim to become a national leader in equitable workforce development—expanding its reach, deepening its impact, and continuing to evolve with the job market. The goal should be to create scalable, replicable models that empower individuals in underserved communities to break cycles of poverty and build lasting careers. STRIVE should also work toward influencing policy, driving systems change, and becoming a go-to pipeline for industries looking to hire diverse, resilient, and career-ready talent.
We’ll know we’re on track when we see consistent progress in these key performance areas: -Graduation & Job Placement Rates – A high percentage of participants not only completing the program but securing employment shortly after. beyond 90 days, moving into higher- paying or leadership roles over time. -Participant Growth – Positive changes in confidence, communication skills, and self- sufficiency, measured through pre- and post-program assessments and testimonials. -Retention & Advancement – Participants staying employed -Employer Satisfaction– Strong, ongoing partnerships with employers who value and continue to hire STRIVE graduates. -Alumni Engagement – Increased alumni involvement as mentors, ambassadors, or donors, showing long-term program impact.
