accomplishment being a pillar in the community and creating collaborative relationships with local organizations and individuals that bridge job placement for each individual that goes through th program. I am most proud of STRIVES work that directly impacts and supports job readiness for individuals that equip them with the opportunities available to them through the structured tools the program provides to ever participant accepted int the program.

STRIVE can make a difference by creating a system with their program with one on one professional development focused on improving self development and discipline along with skilled partnerships involvement to create apprenticeship programs for the participants that transitions into job placement for qualified individuals. I am most passionate about maintaining the characteristics of m professional development that the program has instilled within me throughout my journey thus far. Also becoming the best version of myself that I have discovered through my process.
I would translate STRIVES vision into tangible outcomes by using the tools and credentials availed to me through the program that has manifested into a new found career and life for myself.
Their mission threats I see lie within the ever changing world and government regulations that could take away this opportunity for continued innovation and growth within the community it serves currently. Current gaps in the current work and process could be getting the most challenged students to meet the standards and become a part of the process more - to get them more invested and engaged in this tranformative process. This leaves room for a greater individual purpose for self improvement and change. I believe partnerships from alumni from previous Cohorts could help in the transition and continued growth and transformation for those that are just starting the process. It is important for both staff an participants to recongnize where they are and see the results (proof) of where they are STRIVING to be.
You will know you have achieved your goals with the proof of the continuous growth and success with each participating and paired partners they are aligned with. Their success is STRIVE’s greatest achievement,.
STRIVE’s head on approach to professional and personal development with one on one
behavioral health assistance and self improvement makes this program unique to the individuals lives that are transformed and changed when participating in this program.
