STRIVE really excels at attitudinal training and helping students see past their limiting beliefs.
I think the greatest threat STRIVE may face is technological advances that wil make easily automated jobs obsolete.
The STRIVE program works if students works if students work the program. I hope STRIVE can develop more training offerings including Entrepreneurship training to keep pace with the changing job market.
When dealing with human beings, succes can be difficult to quantify using metrics (numbers). But I would say the tracking measures already used such as rates of initial rates of employment aafter graduation then sustained employment up to one year after graduation.
