[Text Answer] There is more need in the world today, people are struggling more when it comes to money, mental wellness and support. STRIVE is here supporting those people in need. STRIVE mission and services align with the need that we have in our communities. STRIVE is there, providing training, wraparound services, but also showing students and the community that we see them, that we really care for them. STRIVE needs to continue getting more money to continue being able to provide the best services possible.
[Text Answer] The principal thing that STRIVE should want to achieve is to continue getting funds. That will allow STRIVE to continue providing better services to the communities. That include, better trainings, certifications, and wraparound support. The part that I am passionate the most about STRIVE’s purpose is that we really meet people where they are and we help them to change their lives STRIVE does that not only by providing trainings and certifications for students to be able to find better jobs. STRIVE also does it by helping people to believe in themselves, by helping them understand that whatever mistakes they make in the past doesn’t define who they are. STRIVE helps students understand that they can do better, they can become a better version of themselves.

[Text Answer] What will show me that we are in track to achieve success are two things, one for funders from the privet and public sectors to increase their interest on investing on STRIVE, do to the great work that we are doing. Another one is STRIVE meeting all of the contract’s goals. Also, for STRIVE to continue to be able to open more sites to keep helping our communities in need. Another thing that will show STRIVE’s success is seeing our alumni completing our trainings, finding meaningful work, growing personally and professionally, and becoming productive members of our communities.
