at their student, they treat them with respect. STRIVE teach people the fact that their past doesn't define who they are. What define who they are is what they do in their present and in their future. STRIVE also help them to create a better present and future for them and their families. 10 STRIVE staff truly cares about students. The instructors, coaches, and directors are their biggest cheerleaders and are supportive in students' efforts to not only find a career pathway but to better their lives. 10 I am completely inspired an motivated by STRIVE’s mission. 10 I believe the intentionality on focus, excellence, support and accessibility provided by the STRIVE team is stellar and a benefit to participants and the community as a whole. The measurable impact made in hope being restored and lives being changed is undeniable.

10 It is strong program that is intentional about enduring program participants succeed. 10 STRIVE has well-documented proof of the success of the students we serve. We continuously receive valuable feedback from both students and employer partners, highlighting the positive impact of our training, professionalism, and job readiness. This ongoing input affirms the strength of our program and the lasting outcomes it creates in the lives of our graduates. 10 Simply because it could be life changing for someone who might have thought certain things were not possible. 10 The staff has been amazing to work with and learn from. The program itself is very good, the participants leave ready to work and equipped with the needed skills and attitude to be successful. It has been great to provide opportunity to young people and to see the difference our partnership with STRIVE can and has made for the staff and participants.
