10 I would recommend STRIVE because I believe in the possibility of growth as long as the participant is open and ready. Also, because we are the BEST at what we do, and CARE for who we serve! 9 They’re a strong, mission-driven organization doing meaningful work, and I’ve seen the impact firsthand. The staff doing the work are committed and play a huge role in that success. As STRIVE continues to expand and refine its services, I’m confident the impact will only grow. I’d recommend them to others looking for a reliable and values-driven workforce development partner. Absolutely. The structure, support, love, and accountability built into the STRIVE experience is something we all need—participants and staff alike. STRIVE doesn't just train people for jobs; it helps them rebuild their confidence, purpose, and future.
