Promoter Themes  STRIVE delivers intenƟonal, high-quality support that transforms lives. Respondents highlighted the STRIVE team’s excellence, focus, and accessibility as core to its effecƟveness—helping restore hope and create measurable, life-changing outcomes for individuals and communiƟes.  The program opens doors for people who once thought success was out of reach. STRIVE is seen as a game-changer for parƟcipants who may have lost faith in their potenƟal, offering renewed belief in what they can achieve.  STRIVE’s mission is a source of genuine inspiraƟon. The organizaƟon’s commitment to upliŌing people through purpose-driven work is deeply moƟvaƟng to those who witness or experience its impact. Passive Themes  AppreciaƟon for mission and impact is strong—but growth and improvement are sƟll expected. Respondents acknowledged STRIVE’s meaningful community presence and posiƟve parƟcipant outcomes, parƟcularly in job placement and upward mobility, but emphasized that the organizaƟon sƟll has room to grow and stretch.  There is a call for deeper investment in staff well-being. Several noted the demanding nature of the work and highlighted the need for increased pay and consistent support for frontline team members to sustain long-term program quality and staff morale.  Encouragement for conƟnued momentum, with an eye on excellence. While feedback was overall posiƟve, respondents conveyed a hopeful tone—encouraging STRIVE to keep up the good work while focusing on areas that will help the organizaƟon evolve and thrive.
