8 [Transcribed] My answer of 8 is based on I appreciate the opportunity for growth. You cannot start off being a team because if we are already at a 10, how do we stretch? And how do we move forward? But from my interacƟons and what I see, it has been very posiƟve in the community people are recepƟve. The graduates tend to be excited. And what's most important to me is the actual job placement and the upper Mobility. So I look forward to more growth, which Eyes. Keep striving.

7 While I would recommend STRIVE because of its strong mission and meaningful impact in the community, I believe there is a critical need to increase staff pay and provide more consistent support for frontline team members. The work is deeply rewarding but also demanding, and in order to sustain high-quality service to participants, staff need to feel valued, supported, and fairly compensated. Investing in the people who carry out the mission every day is essential to long-term organizational success.
