COURSE 1: Leading A Successful School in the 21st Century Members will learn the key differences between leadership and management, and they will discover how to strengthen their school culture and develop high performing teams. The definition of success will be explored, as members evaluate and refine their school’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values and begin crafting their school strategic plans.
