These challenges can certainly be stretching and sometimes surprising. In this breakout we will be chatting about how to navigate the transition from an individual contributor to leader, what to do when you realize you are leading a team of people that are not like you and how to thrive as a new people leader. You’ll explore the differences between millennials and gen z’s and discover what allows young employees to easily integrate, thrive, and lead.
