In order to transfer demand back, must submit another amendment

Transferring demand between meters • CSO agreements • Increasing or decreasing firm at end of a contract term

No retro amendments

Storage Contracts •

TransGas customers that hold storage, will have 2 storage contracts. o One that updates storage inventory (regular storage contract) o One that updates TEP account (associated storage contract) o Storage contracts are not entered through the RFS process. TransGas will enter new storage contacts and amendments in the system.
