Hospitality Development of America develops hotels in Kansas and Oklahoma and is looking to expand across theMidwest and Southwest regions of the country. Founded by Steven Martens, the 2016 Best Western Hotel and Resorts Developer of the Year, Hospitality Development has keyed on locations supported by universities and medical centers. The company offers competitive development fees and has access to investors and lenders. Utilization of cost segregation analysis leads to double digit returns for investors. While the company has primarily focused on new construction, it is current pursuing a renovation and repurposing opportunity in two major urban areas.

Our team strives to achieve superior operating performance that maximizes property values.
New Development Best Western Plus West Lawrence
Construction is underway on the Best Western Plus West Lawrence next to Rock Chalk Park. The new hotel is located in Lawrence, Kan. Lawrence is home to the University of Kansas. The current inventory of hotel rooms near west Lawrence has been the area around 6th Street and Iowa Street.
