Responsibilities 1. Working with project teams and the PMO, perform planning activities using Microsoft Enterprise Project Management software to enable, control and coordination, including the identification and reporting of Critical Paths throughout the various project activities across numerous internal disciplines and external project teams. 2. Create different project schedules/timelines at varying hierarchal levels, consolidating the schedules creating an integrated Master Programme. 3. Have an understanding of RIBA stages and ensure that programme critical path is aligned with appropriate approval gateways and milestones. 4. Maintain, develop and communicate the integrated Master Programme including all internal milestones and contracted deliverable milestones. 5. Support the capture of baseline schedules and helps to recalculate the remaining work. 6. Monitor actual progress and cash flow: once there is a baseline, ensure that any movement to this is subject to formal change control and, once changes are approved, that the project manager updates and incorporates the change and reports progress based on this. 7. Monitor and analyse resource levels against achievement to advise on resource levelling, identify potential over or under estimating for work effort across the portfolio and make recommendations to reconcile resource loading anomalies. Assisting in the recovery of overall programme slip, where applicable. 8. Attend management, project team and customer meetings as requested by the project manager to ensure that schedules are being maintained and updated as required, according to standards. 9. Assist management, project managers and colleagues to understand and accept scheduling concepts, tools and processes. 10. Uses the Project Governance Framework to produce and analyse weekly and monthly reports as required. 11. Review actual schedule achievements for estimating future similar projects and undertake to record any lessons learned.
